I was wondering if it was a bug or something with Windows 10 and just that particular peace of software or if maybe I hit a hotkey I am not aware of by mistake that is causing it. Best I can tell I have no upgrades running and so far nothing extra I can see in task manager running in the background. lol I have a desktop so it's not a battery issue and it sometimes even happens when I am not even in a game loaded from Steam. I tried to Google the issue, but pin pointing my exact problem is so far like finding a needle in a haystack basically. The reason for that is because my Windows 10 is an upgrade from that OS and I can't have both active until I am able to change the UUID for it so the two won't conflict, but I have Ubuntu 18.04 LTS installed on the same drive with the upgraded Windows 10 and when I am booted in to it I don't have any issues there either so far that I have noticed. I can't test it in Windows 7 currently to see if it's hardware related because I disabled that drive to work on a registry problem so I boot in to it separately from the other drive for the time being. I don't really do much on this PC when I am booted in to Windows 10 other then watch Netflix and play games that require anti-cheat software mainly. I did another scan just to be sure and I am clean. I have a usb mouse that is wired and granted it is pretty old, but I don't seem to have any issues any where else. So far it only seems to happen when I toggle into the Windows default pain program and stays with in the image window itself. Been testing things on the PC to see if I got the issue anyplace else besides that.
